Hello, I have 2 questions. 1. Is this antibody detects epitope either S298 or S302 phosphorylation? or both sites need to be phosphorylated? 2. In the immunoblot picture, mutant is kinase dead mutant? Thank you

Yes, the targeted amino acids are S298 and S302. It is not known that this antibody will bind to MAP3K12 when phosphorylated at both amino acids or will have similar affinity when either is phosphorylated. We used a peptide that has both S phosphorylated. The blot shows a kinase dead isoform of MAP3K12.
